By joining Kerala Logistics, participating in events, or submitting an application, you agree to follow the rules, policies, and guidelines listed below.

1. Introduction

Kerala Logistics is a community-driven TruckersMP Virtual Trucking Company focused on professionalism, realism, teamwork, and creating a positive trucking environment.

These terms apply to all members, applicants, staff members, convoy participants, and community users.

2. Community Rules

  • Members must respect all TruckersMP rules and regulations.
  • Toxic behavior, harassment, discrimination, or hate speech is strictly prohibited.
  • Users must maintain respectful communication inside Discord and during convoys.
  • Inappropriate usernames, avatars, or content are not allowed.
  • Staff decisions must be respected at all times.

3. Applications & Recruitment

Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance into Kerala Logistics.

Applications may be rejected for inactivity, inappropriate behavior, insufficient information, or violation of community guidelines.

Kerala Logistics reserves the right to reject or remove any applicant or member without prior notice if necessary.

4. Privacy & Data

Information submitted through recruitment forms may include Discord usernames, email addresses, TruckersMP IDs, and other application-related information.

This information is used only for recruitment, moderation, and internal management purposes.

Kerala Logistics does not sell or share user information with third parties.

5. Convoys & Events

  • Drivers must follow convoy instructions from event staff.
  • Reckless driving, blocking roads, or intentionally causing accidents is prohibited.
  • Event staff may remove disruptive participants.
  • Members should maintain professionalism during public events.

6. Account Responsibility

Members are responsible for the security and activity of their Discord, Steam, and TruckersMP accounts.

Impersonation or misuse of accounts may result in removal from Kerala Logistics.

7. Policy Updates

Kerala Logistics may update these terms, rules, or policies at any time without prior notice.

Continued participation in Kerala Logistics indicates acceptance of the updated policies.
